Quality Assurance – APPL maintains quality assurance test at all major manufacturing units. We are very quality conscious. We have set up a modern test laboratory in our factory with latest testing devices and each lot of material undergoes strict quality control tests. Additionally, a ISO certified production unit or authorized dealers and distributors of the product supports and confirms the quality control work. APPL has the capability to conduct research and performance testing for many end user applications on the need basis.
Transportation – APPL is positioned as an industry leader in low-cost production and distribution of building materials products & flooring, with extensive expertise in transportation of our products by truck or rail. Our Lotus is on building reliable, cost efficient supply networks. The overall cost of transportation can often play a significant role in the delivered pricing of our products; APPL continually focuses resources to help our customers reduce this portion of their cost.
Product Application – APPL has technical and sales personnel skilled in solving customer problems. They are available to work with customers to recommend the proper products to meet their specific needs.
Material Handling – APPL will review and inspect customer material handling facilities and design criteria to assure efficient and economical operations. APPL is prepared to own and operate such facilities at the customer's site, including storage facilities. APPL also provides manpower to unload and material handling equipment for short term projects if require.
Market Research and Development – APPL is prepared to work with customers in market survey, analysis and development efforts for new product and process applications. APPL has portable unloading conveyors available to facilitate testing of new applications at a customer's site.
